Oil shortage
As oil is a non-renewable energy, which means it cannot be replace once used. Over the year we used so much oil it has caused an oil shortage. We asked girls from Rainham School for girls how oil shortage has affected them.
Ellie: we asked Ellie how oil shortage has affected her life she replied with,
My mum cannot afford things that we want and need as oil is costing more and more money, my dad works in London which means that we have to pay out loads of money for him to get to work and back.
Chloe: we asked Chloe how she is saving money by not using oil.
She told us that her mum and dad own a walking business, so this means they keep fit and save money by not using oil.
