Rising fuel prices
Mr D Cozens aged 42 fills his car tank up every two weeks. Each month it costs him £150 on petrol. I asked him whether the fuel price goes up each year and he said –yes around 10p.
He quoted ‘I do not like what’s happening. Fuel should only be around 50p per litre but at the moment its £1.45 a litre. The rest is all tax. Its WRONG!’
He also added’ The Prime Minister should lower the tax on fuel.’
It has been said by other members of the society that fuel prices are too high and should be lowered.
My opinion is that fuel prices should be a reasonable price. I think this because fuel is running out over the world, so it’s hard to find .Meaning the prices will be high however not so people cannot afford it and struggle to get around.
