                                Rise In Fuel Costs

Rise in fuel cost increase drastically causing the country to end in no money. We interviewed Miss Bryan a maths teacher and Ms Roberts the head teacher at a Rainham School for Girls.

Ms Roberts, head teacher at Rainham School for Girls has to pay £70.00 each week to run her car. She does not agree in the rise in the fuel price and she said “I would rather not drive to school, however with the public transport infrastructure I would not be able to get to school”.

Miss Bryan, a maths teacher, pays £60.00 a week to run her car each week which she thinks is far too much. She quotes “The government is causing this; they are putting taxes onto fuel prices making them rise”.

Mrs Barnes has said that she gets a cab to school. It costs her £25.00 to get to school a week. She has said that she does not agree with the rise of fuel prices. Mrs Barnes says that the price of the fuel is too high as the actual price of the petrol and oil is low but the government keeps on putting higher taxes on the petrol.
